First Time Appointments

Going to the doctor can be a little intimidating for some.  Your first visit is really about getting to know your main health concern and what your overall health care goals are.

 

Your first visit will have three parts:

 

1. Initial Intake Forms & Policy Completion

2. Health history review, present health issues/concerns, and exam

3. Scheduling of any necessary x-rays or lab testing.

 

Appointment Time: Your initial visit is scheduled for 90 minutes. Please allow adequate time in your schedule.
